About Milan

Helping create brain-friendly communications for a Better World

Milan Janić is a design-driven creative director who values the concept behind every idea as much as its execution. With expertise spanning healthcare, sustainability, and future thinking. He has held key creative leadership roles at Lamtar, Leo Burnett Paris, Publicis Health France, and Havas Life Paris, where he led global campaigns for brands like 3M Healthcare, Amgen, Galderma, IPSEN, Vichy Laboratoires, La Roche-Posay, Sanofi… as well as hospitality icons like Hilton, Longines, Radisson, Marriott, Park Hyatt, Pullman, Jewelmer… gaining deep insight into crafting messages that connect with diverse audiences.

A stroke that temporarily affected his cognitive abilities gave Milan a profound awareness of how the brain functions—or doesn’t—and rekindled his passion for using visual communication to drive positive behavioral change. This journey led him to attend LabSession#26 at the Institut des Futurs souhaitables, a forward-looking training program that immerses participants in navigating the uncertainties of 2040. This experience equipped him with foresight and innovation tools that continue to shape his approach to strategic and impactful storytelling.

One of his proudest achievements? NEUROcsr, a pioneering study published in Sustainability Journal and The Journal of Consumer Behaviour. This research is showing how a message can inspire change at the neurological level. It’s about making people feel something that moves them to act.

As co-founder of Goodbra(i)nd, Milan leads a collective of creatives, scientists, and strategists dedicated to creating brain-friendly, eco-conscious communications. Goodbra(i)nd’s unique neuro-based model and methodology respects both the brain and the planet, using neuroscience to design messages that leave a lasting impact.

Milan is also a co-founder of Futurons, a transdisciplinary group envisioning alternative futures and inspiring collective action to rethink society’s path. He believes communication isn’t just a message—it’s a spark for change.

And he’s helping kindle that spark by teaching neuro-design and responsible communication.

In collaboration with NGOs, social impact projects, and a relentless drive to shape a more desirable future, Milan’s mission is clear: to design brain-friendly ideas that help us all imagine—and create—a future worth striving for.
